Real Estate Paralegal
Milwaukee Area (Wauwatosa) | Hybrid Opportunity

MB Attorney Search is conducting an exclusive search for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing commercial real estate practice at a well-established Wisconsin law firm.

This position will work closely with experienced commercial real estate attorneys and play a key role in managing sophisticated transactions from inception through closing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 - $100,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish

• Review title commitments, surveys and due diligence materials

• Prepare closing documents and transaction checklists

• Track critical dates, deadlines and transaction milestones

• Coordinate transaction workflows among attorneys, clients, lenders and third parties

• Maintain transaction records and document management systems

• Assist with title, survey and property-related research

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate transaction experience required

• Commercial real estate transaction experience strongly preferred

• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys and closing documentation preferred

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Paralegal certification or a bachelor's degree is not required. Candidates who have developed real estate transaction expertise through legal assistant or paralegal roles are encouraged to apply.
