Our award-winning client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. We are actively searching for a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of proven experience in general practice, showcasing expertise in trusts and estates, litigation, contracts, real estate, and business law.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently oversee a caseload of legal matters, involving tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating deals, handling closings, and representing clients in court.
• Ensure the seamless management of cases, adhering to deadlines and delivering top-notch legal services.
• Conduct thorough legal research to provide insightful legal opinions to clients on a diverse range of legal issues.
• Keep abreast of legal developments, staying informed about changes in laws and regulations that impact clients' interests.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal staff to formulate and execute effective legal strategies.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the legal team.
• Attend court hearings and depositions, preparing pleadings and motions, and overseeing legal discovery processes.
• Articulate a strong representation of clients' interests in various legal proceedings, ensuring a compelling and persuasive case.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, proactively addressing potential legal implications on clients' interests.
• Provide exceptional client service, cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Communicate effectively to address client concerns and keep them informed about the progress of their legal matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in New York and good standing.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in general practice, showcasing proficiency in trusts and estates, litigation, contracts, real estate, and business law.
