Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation and must be familiar with Labor, Employment and Commercial Litigation. Duties include but are not limited to drafting correspondence, editing, and filing pleadings with State and Federal courts, scheduling depositions, file maintenance, travel arrangements, research, expense reports, time entry and maintaining attorney calendars.
