About the Role:
A leading, high-performance personal injury law firm is seeking experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegals to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, front-line position where paralegals play a strategic role in driving case progression and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent, proactive communication
Manage medical treatment schedules and document case activity accurately
Coordinate medical appointments and collect corresponding records and billing
Draft case summaries, chronologies, and detailed settlement demands
Handle lien resolution and closing documentation
Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up with providers, clients, and attorneys
Work closely with attorneys and medical providers to ensure case readiness and resolution
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal injury pre-litigation paralegal work
Deep understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
Proficient in legal case management systems (experience with Filevine a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
