About the team

Established in 1998, our office in Bangkok is home to one of the country's premier commercial litigation and arbitration practices, offering Thai litigation and regulatory advice alongside international and local disputes professionals.

Our disputes team have extensive experience in cases on administrative law, banking disputes, class actions, concession, construction disputes, domestic and international arbitration, insurance disputes, international trade disputes, investment treaty claims, labour and employment, restructuring, turnaround and insolvency and white-collar crime investigation. Our corporate team focuses on M&A, joint ventures, FDI, compliance, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, data privacy and cybersecurity, employment & labour, and full spectrum of competition/antitrust matters including merger control.

When it comes to Thai matters, we are one of the most experienced international firms, having worked for Thai and international clients on local and international matters for decades. This gives us in-depth experience of the market, whilst having extensive international resources throughout global network. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Disputes practice in Bangkok, supporting a high‑performing team advising on complex local and cross‑border dispute matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and detail‑driven paralegal to work closely with leading disputes lawyers in a collaborative and international environment.

Based in our Bangkok office, you will provide essential paralegal support across a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations. You will work closely with partners, associates and other legal professionals, contributing to the efficient and high‑quality delivery of client work.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of paralegal and administrative support activities, which may include:

  • Assisting with the preparation, review and management of legal documents, pleadings, submissions and correspondence.
  • Conducting legal and factual research including litigation research and the preparation of related reports and summarising findings for the legal team.
  • Managing matter files, document databases and electronic discovery platforms.
  • Coordinating filing corporate and company-related documentation with relevant authorities, including company incorporation, corporate registrations, amendments to corporate records, and other statutory filings.
  • Coordinating the filing of court documents with the relevant courts and other relevant government authorities, and managing deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Liaising with courts, external counsel, clients and other stakeholders as required, including coordination and communication with other relevant government authorities.
  • Supporting hearing and trial preparation, including bundles and chronologies.
  • Assisting with general practice management and knowledge support tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably within a disputes, litigation or arbitration practice
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with legal documents and document management systems
  • A proactive, flexible and team‑oriented approach
  • Proficiency in English; Thai language capability will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrates curiosity around innovation and AI in legal practice
