Job Description

As a Legal counsel, your focus of expertise is on the marine or energy segment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support for the project development
  
• Review and interpret laws and regulations
  
• Work closely with stakeholders, business partners, and local authorities
  
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the projects
• Updated on changes in laws and regulations related to the marine/ energy segment, and advise the company on the potential impact on the ongoing projects

Qualifications:

• Law Degree from the reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience (preferably in the corporate sector)
• Can speak either French, Portuguese, or Spanish
• Postgraduate in US/UK is an advantage
