We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team at the Law Offices of Chip Forstall. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our esteemed attorney, Zoe, is fully supported in her mission to deliver top-notch legal services. As part of a high-performing team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex litigation processes, contributing to the smooth operation and success of the case outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Case Management: Oversee the progression of litigation cases from the post-demand phase to resolution.
• Document Drafting: Prepare and manage legal documents, including interrogatories, discovery, and trial preparation materials.
• File Organization: Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is readily accessible and up-to-date.
• Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive support to the assigned litigation attorney, assisting with ongoing case tasks and timelines.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with the litigation process.

• Litigation Experience: Previous experience in litigation support within a legal assistant or paralegal capacity.
