Kelly Kronenberg’s New York office wants you as a Paralegal for the General Liability team! We are a diverse, innovative, and client focused team that is passionate about achieving our clients’ goals. The successful candidate must be a reliable and detail-oriented individual with great communication and organizational skills. We are in need of a Legal Assistant with strong litigation experience, preferably in General Liability defense.

Salary: $70k - $85k

Required Education and Experience:

1 -3 years of liabilty practice experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers and paralegals on day to day tasks relating to Insurance Defense litigationAdministrative duties to include, but are not limited to, coordinating meetings, scheduling, answering and directing telephone calls, maintaining and organizing electronic case files, and updating files with case status and informationScheduling of hearing, depositions, mediations, conferences, and other eventsCompiling and organizing documents, preparing binders and/or folders.Gathering and organizing records, documents and other materialsDrafting correspondence and minor motions/noticesEnsuring service of subpoenas
