What skills you'll bring / what you'll do:

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests
• Investigate litigation matters by reviewing documents, interviewing witnesses, and searching records
• Coordinate filing of pleadings, motions, briefs, proposals and more
• Summarize testimony from descriptions, hearings, and trails
• Other duties
