About the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (D/HH) Program:

Centralized D/HH services include:
The D/HH paraeducator works under the supervision of the TOD/HH and SLP, to provide specialized support to students who are D/HH. The paraeducator should be trained or will be trained in equipment use, as well as ASL and/or other pertinent strategies required for communication with the D/HH population. Paraeducators also provide support to D/HH students at other schools, districtwide, PreK - 12, as required.
