Voyago is currently recruiting to fill existing Full-Time Transit Dispatcher in London, Ontario!

Your Role

• You schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
• You utilize the radio to communicate effectively with all drivers on route drivers
• You ensure all drivers active on routes are on time to maintain customer satisfaction
• You manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
• You answer phones, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
• You take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
• You manage and assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance as required

Hourly Wage: $19.50 per hour

Requirements

Your Profile:

• You have dispatch experience within the transportation or service industry
• You are comfortable using the radio to listen and communicate effectively with all drivers.
• You have superior time management and communication skills
• You are highly organized and able to multitask
• Physically capable of climbing stairs
• You can take initiative to solve problems and search out the data needed to do so
• You are proficient in computer software with experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• You have excellent customer service experience
• You have a clean criminal record search
• You have sound geographic knowledge of surrounding area (London)
• You are available to work the following full-time rotating afternoon shifts (2:00PM - 1:00AM)
• week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
