Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, cleaning, monitoring and maintenance of equipment operation status of equipment and environment of responsible areas.

• Responsible for the inspection of the scraper before the machine, the replacement of the scraper of the tissue machine, the operation of tissue drawing and rewinding, and the dispensing operation, to ensure the smooth production, and do a good job in the use of the scraper group handover work, to ensure the normal supply of scrapers;
• Responsible for the spot inspection, maintenance, cleaning of equipment and environment in the responsible area, monitoring and maintaining the operation of the equipment, preventing the accumulation of tissue powder at the post, and keeping the knowledge of the operating equipment; Familiar with and understand the post safety issues, through the improvement proposal, problem feedback, restrict their own safety behavior; Ensure self and equipment safety;
• Lifting the base tissue from the tissue machine and loading the tissue core, ensure the smooth operation of the tissue machine, be responsible for the removal of the residual rolls, ensure the recycling of the tissue core and the normal treatment of damaged tissue;
• Assist the tissue machine foreman and DCS to do the tissue machine production and maintenance work;
• Ensure the smooth progress of the mesh blanket replacement and equipment maintenance by cooperating with the mesh blanket replacement and equipment maintenance;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the foreman to ensure normal production of the tissue machine.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
