Responsibilities:
- Prepare and plate cold dishes, salads, dressings, and accompaniments to support the full menu
- Handle mise en place tasks including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and preparing garnishes
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures with precision
- Support other stations and assist during high-volume service or special events
- Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a pantry or cold food prep in a high-volume restaurant setting is strongly preferred
- Previous line cook experience is a PLUS
- Comfortable working across different kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualities:

- Solid communication skills and ability to follow direction
