Pantry Manager
Reports to: Associate Director
Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: 12 hours/week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays)

ABOUT OPERATION HOPE–NORTH COUNTY
Operation HOPE–North County serves as an initial point of entry into the San Diego County Homelessness Continuum of Care. Our services are intended to provide temporary support and bridge housing for families with children and single women experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. Through shelter, case management, and supportive services, we help clients overcome barriers and work toward long-term housing stability.
Operation HOPE–North County is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Pantry Manager to support the daily operations of Pantry of HOPE and assist with New Beginnings Boutique coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring community members and shelter residents have access to food, essential items, and a welcoming support environment.
The ideal candidate is community-oriented, flexible, organized, Bilingual (English and Spanish), and passionate about serving others.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Pantry of HOPE
New Beginnings Boutique Support
? Help maintain organization and cleanliness standards within the boutique
? Assist with preparing the boutique for weekly community shopping hours
? Support volunteer coordination and scheduling in partnership with the CEC
? Assist with organizing donated clothing, household items, and supplies

• Nonprofit HR Services: Specialized HR support such as executive search, compliance with regulations (e.g., COVID-19, AB5), organizational development, leadership consulting, and handbook creation, all designed for the nonprofit sector.
• Nonprofit Executive Search: Connecting nonprofits with experienced leaders to expand organizational capacity and impact through streamlined hiring processes.
• Corporate Social Responsibility Programs: Helping nonprofits and businesses collaborate on community-aligned volunteer and giving programs.
Mission Edge also recently integrated with Nonprofit Solutions to expand their financial operations, fiscal sponsorship, and strategic advisory services, enhancing their ability to support nonprofits at all stages of growth.
