Pannel System Engineer
Responsibilities
1、负责X射线平板探测器产品的需求分析和产品技术指标制定。
2、负责X射线平板探测器产品技术路线规划与技术方案制定。
3、负责产品设计阶段性审核、研发产品设计输入、输出评审。
4、参与产品的各阶段设计验证
5、X射线闪烁体部分的优化与改进
6、X射线探测器产品性能测试与分析。
7、负责开发各种图像后处理算法，包括图像去噪、图像增强、图像锐化、动态范围压缩与全特征显示、自动窗宽窗位实时计算、特征提取、目标检测和识别等。从需求分析到算法实现和测试，确保算法性能和准确性。
8、产品设计文档和相关技术资料撰写，测试计划编写。
9、跨部门协作，与软件、固件、嵌入式等团队成员紧密合作，确保算法与产品的无缝集成。
10、客户、项目技术支持，参与和对外技术交流
What we expect
1、熟悉光电探测器的工作原理与主流闪烁晶体的特性。
2、具备探测器与光子计数X射线探测器设计开发经验的优先。
3、掌握Python、MatLab等程序设计语言。
4、具有运用蒙特卡洛仿真工具进行模拟和性能仿真经验的优先。
5、具有核科学与技术、光电工程、材料学、物理化学等相关专业硕士及以上学位。熟悉X射线探测器与成像系统的工作原理、功能性能和应用场景，对探测器涉及到的核心材料与关键器件有深入研究，有相关产品研发工作经验者优先。
6、具有扎实的专业基础和动手能力、良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具有踏实肯干的品质，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力，具备较强的承担任务和责任担当。学习能力强，严谨细致，热爱研发工作，有一定的抗压能力。
7、良好的分析、解决问题能力和创新思维，能够在复杂的技术环境中独立工作。
8、英语读写精通，听说具备一定基础。
9、本科及以上学历，工作经验5-10年及以上。
