Als Panel Support Specialist (m/w/d) mit Deutsch unterstützen Sie die Panelisten (Teilnehmer an einer Online-Marktforschung) technisch und administrativ, was von der Pflege unserer Facebook-Gruppen bis hin zum Testen und Support während des Installationsprozesses der mobilen oder PC-Panelist-Anwendungen reichen kann. Die Rolle ist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung des richtigen Setups und der Kommunikation mit den Panelisten in unserem deutschen Online-Medienforschungspanel.
