Pay Range: $51,200.00 to $67,800.00
Join our team in Houston, TX as a Production Technician III, where you will play a critical role in the assembly, manufacturing, and processing of commercial products. This position is designed for experienced individuals who can independently manage complex production tasks while maintaining adherence to precise product specifications and safety regulations. You will engage closely with blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all manufactured items meet stringent quality standards and production goals.
In this role, you will be empowered to troubleshoot equipment, optimize manufacturing processes, and maintain accurate records that support both internal performance monitoring and compliance obligations. This position reports directly to a supervisor and offers opportunities to apply a broad and deep skill set gained through 3-5 years of relevant experience and possibly postsecondary education in manufacturing technology or a related field.

The essential functions of the Production Technician III include the setup and operation of complex manufacturing equipment, ensuring the production of commercial goods meets predefined quality and efficiency standards. The role requires regular monitoring and adjustment of machinery, maintenance of detailed records, and effective communication with supervisors and team members to report anomalies or equipment issues.
Physical demands involve periodic lifting and maneuvering of materials, standing for extended periods, and working in environments requiring adherence to strict safety protocols. The role requires sustained attention to detail and the ability to respond swiftly to changes in production conditions to maintain product quality and operational safety.
Successful performance in this role is contingent on following safety guidelines rigorously, maintaining equipment in optimal working order, and embracing continuous learning to adapt to evolving manufacturing technologies and practices.
