Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Panel Shop Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels used in commercial and industrial applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic electrical or mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in building quality products. Experience in HVAC controls, building automation, electrical assembly, or industrial manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with a solid foundation and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels according to wiring diagrams and schematics
• Mount electrical components including relays, breakers, transformers, power supplies, PLCs, and terminal blocks
• Cut, strip, label, and terminate wires
• Install DIN rail, wire duct, and panel hardware
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
• Perform quality inspections and functional testing of completed panels
• Troubleshoot basic wiring issues and make necessary corrections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with inventory and material organization
• Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• 1+ years of electrical assembly, controls, HVAC, or related experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring principles
• Ability to read electrical schematics is preferred
