Education Qualifications:

Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering

Work experience:

Work experience in Production Engineering/ Quality Engineer/Panel Manufacturing.

Should have work experience of at least 2-10years.

Skills & Competency:

Receiving of GA/IA drawing /wiring drawing and OLC

Identify & Allotment of project to TPA/In-house

Issuing of GA/IA drawing /wiring drawing and OLC to TPA

Update documents on daily basis and circulate.

Refer Mfg. schedule for materials movement

As Per Cabinet BOM raising WMS request for Approval & Issue.

Request WMS for all project materials & sending materials to TPA upon approval from project. (PM)

Request WMS for all project materials & sending materials to Inhouse upon approval from project. (PM)

Shortage list Preparation for all ongoing project on weekly basis

Check for GA/IA progress respective project

Check for Internal Unit 1 & 2 Internal/Service label ordering Mfg./Project.

Check for wiring progress for respective project.

Check for project completion in line with the monthly schedule.

Check for ready of TB Markers/Acrylic.

Co-ordination with CMM/Project for shortage materials and additional requirements.

Supervision of wiring technician/tools and tackles usage

Check for Consumables

Stop authority of work @ wrong work progress.

Ensure all activity completed & with panel inspection check sheet for QC checking in line with the Tentative schedule date for staging and JTN.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue of OLC to respective project & on time completion.

Inform MQA for verification of OLC through Mail.

Follow HSE guideline in-line with CQHSE - in production floor

Ensure 5s in shop floor

Make production line rejection for fault modules & inform to MQA/Project (Fault analysis)

Upon DA receipt support if any pending activity for changes in project

Left out project materials to be store return on WBS element number (Respective project)

Prepare onetime staging report for consolidation. /Delayed reason.

Maintenance of Tools & Jigs

Vendor Follow up for Panel Check Sheet

Raising MPR for Regular Monthly & TPA Vendor Billing

Procuring Tools & Consumable

Punch Point Closing

TPA Vendor Material Movement for Running Jobs

Raising WMS for Material request

Pre-Fat Punch Follow-up with vendor & Closing the Same

Weekly Shortage list Preparation

Panels & Console Count

KANBAN Board Updation

AVP/Panel Doors Re-Work based on requirement of project.

Mounting plat/ Bare cabinet status

Materials Reconciliation
