Based in Lane Cove, these full time, permanent roles are from 6.30 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday (45 hours per week) - Your overtime is guaranteed after 38 hours each week!

So, who can be a Panel Beater at SMART?

• You’ll be qualified in Collision repairs.
• Attention to detail is paramount.
• We work collaboratively, so the ability to have open communication with your peers in relation to repairs and timeframes is crucial.
• With our roles being full-time and permanent, you must have full Australian work rights.
• From time to time, we’ll ask you to assist in other areas relating to your skills, such as Assembly of vehicles on completion of repairs and mentoring our Apprentices.
• Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your work mates and your customers.

Assembler:

• Reassemble and prepare vehicles in accordance with job sheets and documented repair procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on reassembled vehicles to ensure safety and operability standards are met.
• Handle all vehicles with care and attention throughout the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and organised work bay, contributing to the overall upkeep of the workshop.
• Adhere to all OH&S policies and ensure correct use of PPE at all times.
