At Micra Breadalbane, we pride ourselves on completing the highest quality small to heavy repairs for our customers. We are an approved OEM repairer for Tesla, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, and Volkswagen.

Our specialist team of 25 have access to the latest automotive technology, including 4 Car-O-Liner benches with computer measuring technology, Car-O-Liner spot welder, MIG welders, 3 spray booths, and multiple car prep bays with the latest infrared technology.

The Opportunity

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Panel Beaters, Spray Painters, and Assemblers to join our team at Micra Breadalbane.

These are permanent, full-time positions (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday — with flexible shift options available.

Roles Available

Panel Beaters

• Disassemble vehicles as per Job Sheet.
• Repair vehicles to OEM standards.
• Reassemble vehicles with care and precision.
• Ensure all work aligns with estimates and repair methods.

Spray Painters

• Prepare and mask vehicles for painting.
• Mix and apply paints to manufacturer specs.
• Operate within our modern spray booths.
• Deliver high-quality finishes with attention to detail.

Assemblers

• Reassemble vehicle components to OEM standards.
• Fit panels, trims, and other components with accuracy.
• Test and inspect fitted parts for proper function and finish.
• Work closely with panel beaters and painters to ensure seamless workflow.

General Responsibilities

• Check received parts for accuracy and defects.
• Handle all vehicles, tools, and equipment with due care.
• Follow all OH&S policies, including proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
