Work Schedule:
D Crew- Nights 7pm-7am
Set up and operate a palletizer machine to maintaingood quality of cans produced (within the specified quality and technological parameters).
Ensure smooth operations of production machinery and maintain them in an appropriate technical condition.
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
Operate palletizing equipment daily to sort, transfer and stack finished products on pallets for shipment.
Observe and keep records of any quality issues.
Supplies loading equipment with empty pallets.
Report any issues with the technical condition of the machine to supervisor
Assist with the control of production and quality specification
Have responsibility for any assigned equipment.
Co-operate with supervisor and other workers as part of a team and production line.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems, including performing internal audits as required
Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Engineering or Technical Degree preferred
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization.
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to function both independently and as part of a team; must be flexible and excited to grow with the organization
