This is a remote position.

We are looking for Palantir Analysts with experience supporting delivery within Palantir-based programmes and platforms. The role focuses on bridging business needs and technical implementation, helping structure requirements, processes, and operational use cases within complex enterprise environments.

This is a cross-functional role suited for candidates who understand both business processes and system delivery, and who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams in data and transformation programmes.

Main Responsibilities:

  Gather, analyse, and structure business and system requirements
• 
  Support workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements clarification sessions
• 
  Document business processes, use cases, workflows, and operational logic
• 
  Support translation of business needs into delivery scope within Palantir environments
• 
  Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders
• 
  Support process mapping, solution design activities, and delivery coordination
• 
  Contribute to documentation, reporting, and implementation alignment across programmes

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 3+ years of experience working on Palantir-related projects or programmes
• 
  Experience in business analysis, system analysis, functional consulting, or requirements engineering
• 
  Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and operational delivery models
• 
  Experience supporting enterprise transformation, data, or operational programmes
• 
  Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• 
  Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills
• 
  Ability to clearly explain programme objectives, delivery scope, and business outcomes

• 
  Experience with process mapping and solution design support
• 
  Experience in enterprise data or operational platforms
• 
  Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• 
  Exposure to large-scale transformation or operational improvement programmes
