Are you a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician looking for stability, no more chasing hail, and a place to show off your skills? At Carma, we’ve got you covered — 38 hours a week, year-round, in our brand-new St Peters workshop. With a steady flow of cars, you’ll tackle both parking dents and hail damage, bringing your skills and growing with us.

What you’ll be doing

• Use your PDR skills to remove dents and get vehicles looking flawless
• Work closely with the team and manager to meet repair expectations
• Spot panel defects and recommend the best repair approach
• Help with vehicle prep and pitch in to keep the workshop running smoothly

• Experience as a PDR Technician and your own kit of tools
• A love for precision and attention to detail—no dent too small, no corner overlooked!
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality front and center
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliability, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a clean, professional workshop
• A clean NSW driver’s license
• Visa/relocation support considered for the right candidate
