Painting and Insulation Supervisor
NRL Limited (Arabelle Solutions)
Hinkley Point C

Main Duties:

Supervise all painting and insulation activities across allocated project areas
Ensure all works comply with quality specifications, safety standards, and project procedures
Manage subcontractor teams and monitor progress against scheduled milestones
Conduct inspections to verify application standards and correct material usage
Coordinate with other discipline supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve interface issues
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and project tracking
Promote safe working practices and enforce compliance with health and safety requirements

Requirements:

Familiarity with NORSOK, ISO, and other relevant coating and insulation specifications
Supervisory or leadership training certifications
Previous experience within nuclear or large infrastructure projects.
