We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Painter / Shipper / Receiver In this multifaceted role, you will handle paint shop, shipping, receiving crane operations, and industrial coating procedures to ensure all products meet customer specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety objectives. The ideal candidate is hardworking, physically fit, and committed to maintaining a high standard of safety in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Safety-Sensitive Position: This is a safety-sensitive position where employee responsibilities directly impact the health and safety of themselves, co-workers, and product end-users.
Physical Demands: Requires continuous standing, extensive walking, climbing (ladders and stairs onto trailers as necessary to secure product), stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling tools/materials. Routinely required to lift to 50–60 lbs (32 kg). Must be physically able to perform duties while wearing required respiratory equipment. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Work Environment: Exposure to a busy steel fabrication shop and outdoor yard environment with varying weather, high noise levels, dust, dirt, vibration, moving mechanical parts, fumes, vapors, and extreme seasonal temperatures. Occasional work in high/precarious places or near risk of electrical shock.
This position requires you to work bi-weekly rotating day/evening shifts.
