Responsible for preparation, final cleaning, painting, final inspection, and protective packaging of all production output.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months working in Wage Grade 1 or higher. Relevant & applicable external experience to the position will alternatively be considered.
Preference given to those who fall within the value stream & qualify as defined in Schedule C. (internal candidates)
Computer skills and knowledge of computer systems (MS Outlook, Excel) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Must be able to communicate written and spoken English effectively.
Ability to safely operate forklift and other lifting equipment.
Ability to regularly lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds.
A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner and comply in all aspects of the organizations policies and procedures.
Note:
This posting is for a static afternoon shift scheduled Monday – Thursday; 10 hours per day
Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement

Hourly Rate: $25.46 - $37.13 / Hour
Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay. The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the collective agreement
