The Maintenance Painter is responsible for surface preparation, painting, and finishing works to maintain the appearance, protection, and
standards of facilities.
Responsibilities
Ø Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing defects.
Ø Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Ø Perform routine touch-ups and corrective painting works.
Ø Follow technical instructions, safety standards, and work orders.
Ø Maintain tools, materials, and clean work areas.
Education / Certifications
Experience in maintenance or commercial painting.
Knowledge of surface preparation and coating systems.
Attention to detail and safety awareness.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have 1 year of experience or as required per task order.
Minimum 12 months in Germany

Ausbildung/Zertifizierungen
Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im gewerblichen Malerhandwerk.
Kenntnisse in Oberflächenvorbereitung und Beschichtungssystemen.
Sorgfältiges und sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten.
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung oder gemäß Arbeitsauftrag.
Mindestens 12 Monate Aufenthalt in Deutschland.
Führerschein Klasse B.
