岗位职责

• 负责喷漆生产线零部件的前处理作业，包括清洗、除油、表面处理等工序，确保产品满足喷涂质量要求。
• 按照岗位培训计划，积极参加前处理工艺、设备操作、安全作业及质量标准等相关培训，并持续提升岗位技能。
• 在培训师和工艺指导下，完成前处理生产过程中的各项辅助及支持性工作。
• 严格按照生产计划和工艺要求开展作业，确保生产任务按时完成，不断提升工作效率和作业质量。
• 负责生产过程中的质量检查与控制，及时发现并反馈异常情况，配合相关部门分析原因并推动问题解决。
• 严格执行个人防护用品（PPE）穿戴要求，遵守各项安全操作规程，杜绝违章作业，确保人身及设备安全。
• 遵守公司各项规章制度，服从工作安排，按要求完成主管或班组长交办的其他工作任务。

招聘要求：

1.中专、高中及以上学历，能够适应倒班工作及生产现场作业环境，具备一定的质量意识。

2.具有喷漆线前处理、表面处理、清洗或相关制造岗位工作经验者优先。

3.熟悉酸洗、脱脂、磷化、喷淋清洗等前处理工艺者优先。

4.持有特种设备操作证或具备制造业相关经验者优先。
