About the Role
Scaleup Connect is hiring a Painter & Denter on behalf of its client. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to handle painting and denting work, including body repair, surface preparation, paint application, and quality control to meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform denting work including dent removal and panel beating
- Carry out surface preparation including sanding, putty application, and priming
- Apply paint as per process — color mixing, spraying, and drying
- Ensure smooth finish, color consistency, and defect-free results
- Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment such as spray gun, compressor, etc.
- Follow safety procedures including PPE usage and ventilation requirements
- Work with the team to complete repair tasks efficiently
- Analyze and reduce rework issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in painting and denting (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of painting processes and denting techniques
- Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
- Skilled in using painting tools and equipment
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a workshop environment
