About the Role:

As a Painter at Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown, Kansas City, MO, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained and painted to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and visually appealing environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and expertise in color matching and application will contribute to the overall aesthetic of the hotel. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a professional painter.
  • Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in painting or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to the interior and exterior of the hotel.

  • Repair and patch any damaged areas prior to painting.
  • Ensure that all painting equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate painting projects and minimize disruption to guests.
