Job Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Painters for projects located in or around Grand Ledge, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$25/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

  • Perform interior and exterior painting on a variety of commercial and residential projects
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and patching
  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
  • Cut in walls, ceilings, trim, and other finished surfaces
  • Maintain quality workmanship and professional finishes
  • Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Previous painting experience
  • Experience with spray equipment preferred
  • Must have painter whites
  • Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
