We are in search of a Painter Technician who provides a customer-centric approach to an assigned property with a focus on the practical and aesthetic benefits of painting for interior and exterior of structures, buildings, interior corridors and other structures. Under the direction of the General Manager/Maintenance Supervisor, the Painter Technician will maintain a schedule for completing general painting upkeep and aesthetic of the assigned property.
The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive.
Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair. The ability to work with paint and other cleaning chemicals appropriate for specified jobs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform the following physical activities: bending, climbing step ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, gripping, turning, reaching above shoulders, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs; stooping and squatting/ kneeling.
