Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour
Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Apply paint, primers, sealers, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Mix, match, and blend paints to achieve desired color and finish.
- Inspect painted surfaces for flaws or runs and make corrections as needed.
- Manages schedules and priorities to ensure work is performed timely.
- Prepares surfaces for painting or wall covering, including filling nail holes and repairing damaged areas and priming.
- Performs duties with the highest concern for working in and around resident’s homes (i.e. noise, cleanliness).
- Performs maintenance and grounds repairs as directed
- Estimates the amount of paint and number of labor hours to complete project.
- Tracks hours and materials used and fills out bill form for each project.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2 years of experience performing professional painting tasks, required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Apprenticeship and/or formal training in painting.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.
