Job Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior spaces. You will play a key role in enhancing and protecting surfaces, ensuring a high-quality and professional finish on all projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.
• Ensure all painting work is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and neat finishes.
• Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths, masking tape, and other means to prevent damage or overspray.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working order.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines on products used.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and project managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to prepare surfaces properly and apply various finishes with precision.
• Good color vision and ability to mix paints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of painting work.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to painting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
