If youâre a handsâon painter who takes pride in highâquality finishes â someone who understands that surface prep, coating thickness, and attention to detail all matter â this role was built for you.
As a Painter, you wonât just be applying paint. Youâll be protecting critical industrial equipment, supporting production flow, and ensuring pumps and parts are finished to exact standards before theyâre shipped into realâworld applications.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and visible results at the end of every shift.

Youâll work with industrial pumps, parts, blast booths, and materialâhandling equipment

đ What Youâll Be Doing
Receiving and stocking inventory for pumps and parts
Prepping surfaces and painting pumps and components
Operating blast booth equipment and working with various coatings and media
Packaging and preparing orders for shipment
Pulling parts and pump orders as needed to support production flow
Following all company safety procedures and best practices
đŻ What Weâre Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience as a painter in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with wet paint applications
Knowledge of different paint types and blast media (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial components
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Forklift or overhead crane experience
Background working in shop or production environments
