About the Role:Join Restoration 1 of Beaumont as a Painter, where your skills will help restore homes and businesses to their former glory. We are looking for passionate individuals to bring color and life back to spaces while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Drywall hanging, taping and texturing
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of work.
• Must be able to perform drywall patch work
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.

Compensation: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour
