Key responsibilities include supervising paint truck operations, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with project managers, and mentoring team members. Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in pavement marking and construction leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in pavement marking or related field.
Proven leadership skills managing crews in a construction or infrastructure environment.
Strong knowledge of paint truck operation and maintenance.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
