The work you’ll take pride in

• Clean, sand, mask, and prime vehicle surfaces for paint, protecting adjacent areas with precise masking and taping.
• Inspect panels for imperfections and paint readiness; flag concerns before refinishing begins.
• Work closely with painters and body technicians to keep repairs moving and meet quality and manufacturer standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized; follow shop safety procedures.

Qualifications: What you’ll bring

• Automotive industry experience required; paint prep or related body shop experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of surface preparation and refinishing processes, with strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• A dependable, team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality in a busy shop.
