We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate to join our team! This entry-level role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products while working in a safe, supportive environment that values teamwork, skill development, and internal growth.

What You’ll Do

As a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Carefully loading unfinished materials or parts onto the paint line
• Performing powder coating on materials or parts according to specifications
• Unloading finished materials or parts and properly packaging them for shipment
• Following directions from supervisors or leads on job-specific tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required — training is provided
