GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Under the supervision and direction of the Site Manager, Outpatient Services the Pain and Symptom Management & Palliative Care Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical leadership, support and coordination of care to oncology patients and their families, specifically concerning pain and symptom and palliative care issues. The Coordinator is responsible for providing consultation and education so that quality pain and symptom management and palliative care services based on best practice and current research is provided to oncology patients.
