Paid Social Strategist / Specialist (Philippines - Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Strategist / Specialist to join our client's team and help shape the digital presence of their wellness brand. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to promote their signature treatments and increase brand awareness.

You will be responsible for setting the overall paid social strategy, including selecting which platforms to target and determining the types of ads to run. Additionally, you will configure and run the ads, monitor performance, and improve campaigns incrementally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid social strategies to promote the brand’s services.
• Manage and optimize campaigns using Meta Suite (Facebook & Instagram).
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve key metrics.
• Create compelling ad creatives and copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor ad performance and make improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Paid Social strategy and execution.
• Advanced expertise in Meta Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and A/B testing.
• Experience with multi-platform advertising (TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads is a plus).
• Ability to create engaging ad creatives and copy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others, particularly in strategy development and optimization.
