We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to strengthen and scale our paid social presence across markets. In this role, you will work closely with brand, content, and performance, with a clear focus on driving awareness, engagement, and growth. You will play a key role in shaping how we work with paid social across platforms, markets, and brands, from strategy through to execution and optimisation.
You will drive brand awareness while ensuring a clear connection to performance and sales, and continuously explore new formats, tools, and approaches to improve results. You will also work closely with local marketing teams to ensure relevance across markets, while sharing insights, results, and recommendations with stakeholders.
Staying up to date on platform developments, trends, and new opportunities is a natural part of how you work, and you use these insights to continuously develop our paid social approach.
Define and drive paid social strategy across platforms such as TikTok and Meta
Identify high-performing organic content and scale it through paid campaigns
Plan and execute market- and brand-specific campaigns aligned with business goals
Launch, manage, and continuously optimise campaigns based on data and insights
Work closely with brand, creative, and design teams to secure a strong and relevant content pipeline
Define and evolve best practices for paid social across markets
You have 6+ years of experience within paid social, performance marketing, or similar roles, and a strong track record of running and scaling campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Meta. You have a strong understanding of social-first creatives and how they contribute to brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
You are used to working hands-on with campaign setup, optimisation, and budget management, and you use data, testing, and insights to continuously improve performance. You work across teams and markets, and know how to adapt campaigns to different audiences and contexts.
6+ years of experience within paid social, performance marketing, or similar roles
Hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns on TikTok and Meta
Strong understanding of social-first creatives and performance drivers
Experience with campaign setup, optimisation, and budget management
Experience working with UGC, testing frameworks, and performance analysis
Data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
Used to working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and creative teams
Experience from a startup or scale-up environment within consumer brands
Experience scaling organic-to-paid content loops
Experience working with influencer or creator partnerships
Experience using AI tools to support campaign optimisation and reporting
Understanding of attribution models and tracking (e.g. pixel, SKAN, CAPI)
