The Role:

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to run Numan's Meta account hands-on, every day. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you'll work closely with our Senior Paid Social Lead and turn their strategy into live activity: account structure changes, ad uploads, optimisation and feed management in Smartly.

You'll also be part of a growing creative engine. We ship hundreds of new assets a month, and your analysis of what's working, and why, goes straight into the briefs that produce our next winning ads.

You're fast in Meta. You can build out an account, get a big batch of ads live cleanly and make considered optimisation calls without a step-by-step brief. You have opinions on creative, such as why a hook worked or why a UGC ad beat a hi-fi one, and you back them with data. You also reach for AI and tooling to take the repetitive work out of the day.

What you'll do

• Build and launch campaigns quickly and accurately in Meta Ads Manager, from new account builds to large ad uploads
• Implement the Senior Paid Social Lead's strategy, including account structure changes as the platform and our approach evolve
• Optimise daily across budgets, bidding, audiences and placements, with a clear reason behind every change
• Keep the account healthy: watch performance and platform diagnostics, catch issues early and dig into the cause
• Handle ad policy, disapprovals and account restrictions within healthcare compliance guardrails
• Manage feeds in Smartly and help build out template-led production, for example Hook × Body × CTA for video
• Keep bulk uploads, naming conventions and QA tight so hundreds of ads can go live without errors
• Find ways AI and automation can speed up launches, QA and reporting
• Analyse creative performance across formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), asset types (video and static) and styles (UGC and hi-fi)
• Use Motion and our BI tools to find the hooks, angles and messages that win
• Turn what you find into insights and hypotheses the creative team can brief from, then see those ideas through to live tests
• Run the creative testing programme day to day and keep a clear record of what wins and why
• Plan and run landing page tests with the Growth team, and read the results through to CAC and CM2
• Report on performance against CAC, LTV and payback as well as platform metrics, and explain what's driving change
• Support signal quality work with the data team, including CAPI, event setup and value-based optimisation
• Work with brand, creative, CRO and data as part of one growth team

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in paid social, most of it hands-on in Meta Ads Manager at meaningful spend
• Speed and accuracy in Meta: you can build an account from scratch, restructure one and push large ad uploads live cleanly
• A sharp eye for creative performance, with a point of view on video vs static and UGC vs hi-fi that you can back with data
• Experience turning creative analysis into insights a creative team can act on
• Hands-on experience running landing page or on-site tests
• Sound analytical habits: you can say what changed, why it changed and what you'd do next
• An AI-first instinct for tools and automation that remove friction from the day
• A real appetite to learn from an expert, ask good questions and take on more as you grow
• High execution energy and ownership; you get things live without waiting for the perfect brief
