Paid Social Lead
As Paid Social Lead, you will be responsible for driving high-quality student acquisition across global markets through paid social channels.
You will own the strategy, planning and execution of paid social activity, ensuring it is aligned to key campaign moments and commercial objectives. Working closely with Campaign Planning & Operations, Creative, and Acquisition, you will ensure campaigns are well-timed, well-executed and consistently optimised for performance.
This is a hands-on, performance-led role where you will manage budgets, test and scale activity, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities
Own paid social strategy across all markets, aligned to acquisition targets and campaign priorities
Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Manage budgets effectively, driving strong cost per lead and return on ad spend
Monitor performance and implement ongoing, data-led optimisation
Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, messaging and formats
Work closely with Creative to brief, test and refine high-performing assets
Partner with Acquisition to define target audiences, market priorities and lead quality
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and clear, consistent performance reporting
Identify new opportunities to scale performance and drive growth
Support regional teams with guidance and best practice
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of their channel and is motivated to take our paid social activity to the next level.
You’ll bring solid experience from a similar role, ideally within a lead generation environment, and be confident managing performance at scale.
Joining a supportive and collaborative team, success in this role will come from your drive, initiative and determination to deliver results.
Professional Experience
4–6+ years running paid social campaigns with clear performance outcomes.
Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok (others a bonus).
Proven ability to generate and scale leads efficiently.
Confident working with data, making decisions and optimising performance.
Able to brief and shape creative that drives results.
Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
