Job Description

You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across varied clients, with a focus on a campaign for a large online retailer.

This contract is initially from now until the end of the year.

This role will work closely with our Account Management, Design and Data teams. This role will also assist the larger team to execute paid media strategies, optimise campaigns, analyse data and identify insights.

Responsibilities

  • Handling influencer connections & audience creation

  • Briefing paid-optimised edits into design

  • Setup of campaigns and ads across social media platforms
    • Primary focus: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

    • Secondary: YouTube, Programmatic and others

  • Report to internal parties as well as brand partners on campaign progress

  • Involvement in asset identification and creation, where required

  • Daily monitoring to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently, and in line with goals and budgets

  • Analysing campaign performance, presenting key findings and proposing solutions/improvements, and implementing such improvements across our campaigns

  • Create internal as well as client-ready reports in both email and presentation format, with a focus on data presentation, analysis and insights

  • Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients' landscape, target audience behaviours, and KPIs


Skills & Attributes

  • 2-4 years + in paid media, particularly paid social. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok experience is a must

  • Experience in copywriting a plus, but not mandatory

  • Analytical skills and passion for social media

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities and tasks proactively

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
