Paid Search Specialist

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own paid search strategy across brand and non‑brand campaigns.
  • Develop and manage full‑funnel search programs aligned to brand, launch, and seasonal priorities.
  • Execute campaign builds include keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, bidding models, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize performance across KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and medical teams to ensure ad copy and landing pages meet compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams to align paid search with broader media and measurement strategies.
  • Manage agency partners or vendors as applicable.
  • Test and scale performance through structured experimentation (ad copy, bidding, audiences, landing pages).
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient investment.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on platform updates, automation changes, and search innovations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2 years of paid search experience managing large‑scale budgets.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
  • Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
