We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on paid search specialist to own global PPC programs that connect the right audiences with Progress solutions. You will set direction, manage investment, improve conversion journeys and translate performance data into decisions that drive qualified demand and revenue growth. You will partner across teams, champion experimentation and turn platform and privacy changes into practical advantages.

In this role you will:

• Own strategy, planning, execution and optimization of global paid search campaigns
• Translate business goals into campaign strategies, testing roadmaps and recommendations
• Lead keyword research, audience targeting and competitive analysis to guide investment
• Create, test and improve ad copy, landing pages and bidding to lift ROI and lead quality
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and other KPIs and act quickly on performance signals
• Manage multi-region budgets, balancing efficiency, scale and business priorities
• Build reliable conversion tracking, audiences and remarketing with Analytics and Marketing Ops
• Partner with content, design, web, product and regional marketing for localized experiences
• Turn data into clear reporting, insights and next steps for technical and non-technical audiences
• Raise the bar for testing, automation and operational excellence; mentor teammates
• Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy shifts and AI trends and apply them to programs

Your background:

• Extensive experience running complex, performance-focused paid search in global B2B software/tech
• Deep expertise in strategy, optimization, measurement and budget management for paid search
• Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Search Ads 360; comfortable with GA4 and Looker Studio
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL for performance analysis and reporting
• Hands-on with automation, scripts and AI-assisted workflows for bidding, reporting and forecasting
• Proven track record improving efficiency, lead quality and business outcomes
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving and attention to detail; able to operate autonomously
• Clear English communication; able to simplify complex topics and collaborate across global teams

It will be beneficial if you have:

• Experience with HubSpot or similar MAP/CRM integrations
• Knowledge of privacy and consent frameworks (e.g., GDPR) and their advertising implications
• Familiarity with CRO tools and landing page testing
• Experience coordinating paid social and display retargeting (e.g., Meta Ads Manager)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
