Paid research / Product Testing opportunity for existing Farmers Insurance customers in USA

Pinwheel is a leading fintech infrastructure provider that builds secure, API-based connections between banking/finance apps and external accounts (payroll, income, and bill-pay/merchant accounts). Their technology enables users to switch direct deposits and payment methods, cancel subscriptions, and verify income/employment directly from their banking or fintech.

Pinwheel is expanding its U.S. merchant integrations and needs real, production merchant accounts to validate login flows and navigation steps for bill switching and cancellation. This is done via automated scripts (headless browser) that require access to actual accounts to ensure the experience works end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• This is not as employment, freelance work, or a monthly role. It’s a paid participation opportunity, similar to a user research study or usability test.
• Join a guided live session, allow Pinwheel to test the connection with your account, provide the required login/MFA information securely, and temporarily change the payment method as part of the test.

Time and effort

• Typically 10-15 minutes per merchant account.
• Remote and flexible: participate from anywhere as long as you have U.S.-region accounts.

Compensation

• US$250 per valid set of credentials.
• Fast, outcome-based payment once credentials are validated.
• Potential for ongoing paid requests as Pinwheel expands merchant coverage in the U.S.

Security and privacy

• Credentials are collected only via Pinwheel’s secure form, never over email or chat.
• Sensitive data is deleted after validation of the project.
