It’s our why; our reason to exist. Now, we’re proud to be one of Australia’s leading mobile and internet providers. We’re not just redefining telco, we’re changing its course. And you play a role in that. A big one. The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.

Could that be you?

Your opportunity

As our valued Paid Programmatic Media Lead, you will take ownership of TPG Telecom’s programmatic media strategy end‑to‑end, driving performance, efficiency and innovation across the full funnel. Working closely with our marketing, analytics, creative and product teams, you’ll shape best‑in‑class programmatic practice—staying ahead of platform innovation, evolving privacy requirements and changing customer behaviour. This is a career‑defining opportunity to influence how one of Australia’s leading telcos connects with millions of customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly, campaign and QBR reports

Data, Tech & Audience Leadership

  • Develop new and existing customer audience targeting frameworks for each brand/product.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on identity solutions, privacy changes, and cookie less targeting innovations.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in programmatic media, either in‑house or at an agency.
  • Hands‑on experience with key DSPs (e.g., DV360, Amazon).
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, data partners, and measurement techniques.

What's in it for you?
